Customer Support Executive

Purpose of the role:

To be the ‘front line’ for all customer general enquiries and to accurately assess who is the appropriate owner of the customer enquiry. To take ownership of the customer where there is no appropriate owner until its conclusion delivering a world class customer service at all times.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all inbound calls at the start of the customer journey.
  • Asses the customer’s needs and give them a world class first impression.
  • Handing the customer over to the right department/team member and maintaining ownership where not possible.
  • Customer retention following our retention journey.
  • Taking ownership of department and personal KPI’s.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service environment and the desire to deliver a world class customer service.
