Purpose of the Job
To be responsible for the delivery of business targets and KPI’ s by motivating, monitoring and managing team members, coaching and training where needed.
- Commitment to achieve and manage KPIs.
- Updating and management of holidays, lieu etc.
- Efficiently and careful management of complaints as per processes.
- Monthly 1-2-1s to highlight successes and challenges.
- Delivering structured team briefs.
- Liaising with the data creation manager regarding KPIs.
- Ensuring collection and delivery of documents are aligned with and managed within the schedule.
- Bi-weekly completion of Quality Accessing, highlight areas of training and support.
- Assisting with both client and colleague queries and documents.
- Further development of individuals within the team.
- Attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
- Time Management.
- Problem Solving.
- Good level of client care.
