Purpose of the Job:
The Organisational Change Manager will shape and lead the change agenda within the organisation, successfully driving and leading large scale organisational projects and change to deliver successful change on-time and to budget, whilst minimising risk, maximising organisational efficiency and increasing revenue.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with the rest of the business to deliver its core purpose and cultural values, driving the same thinking throughout the RLG network
- Responsible for the delivery of effective change management, that includes the promotion of the business vision, key purpose and change deliverables
- Working with all stakeholders to embed change. Identifying what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to embed change and deliver the planned benefits
- To identify and support any additional change champions, key users and partners in the development of appropriate change management plans on all initiatives
- To deliver change management activities to ensure ongoing stakeholder and user engagement
- Own the on-boarding of the process of bringing in new partner firms – driving a clear project, risk free approach to on-boarding, maximising Partner engagement and creating the correct mind-set from the beginning of the journey
- Own the design and roll out of the in-house CRM across the whole of the RLG distribution, ensuring it is fully utilised and effectively maximised via technology, training and operational support
- Create a blue print for the operational requirements and delivery of new offices, creating a ‘turn-key’ on-boarding plan
- Responsibility for process design and solutions, driving continual process improvement
- Each business area is sufficiently prepared for the impact of new ways of working offering support to colleagues during transition
- Plans are in place on all aspects of the change/project;
- Plan business change activities for the project including Business readiness
- Lead, deliver and implement Project Change approach plan and strategy
- Training Needs Analysis strategy and plan
- Capture, track and update benefits profiles
- Appropriate change impact assessment work
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management planning
- Lead and promote effective ways of working within the team(s) and Partners
- Reporting, planning, managing to plan, managing risks/issues, appropriate escalation
- Liaise with owners of other relevant plans to ensure change requirements remain aligned and part of overall managed change process across RLG
- Ensure business stability is maintained during transition and changes are effectively integrated into internal & external teams
- To identify and implement tools that benefits can be measured and realised to support Departments taking ownership of the required activities
- To initiate/manage reviews to ensure that new capabilities are fully embedded
- Centralised operational resource to identify and deliver department initiatives with reduced impact on BAU, managing risk and prioritising resources

- A proven understanding of how people go through change and the change process
- Proven experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Proven experience with multiple project ideologies, tools and project lifecycles
- Business Analysis experience
- People leadership
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective active listening and communication skills including written, oral and presentation
- Essential to manage internal and external stakeholders within all levels of an organisation
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- A proven team player able to work collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving/root cause identification skills
- Self-Motivated and ability to work under own initiative
- Minimum intermediate user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Visio
- Good time management & able to work to tight deadlines
