Partner Operations Account Executive

Reporting to

Head of Partner Operations

Purpose of the Job:

To develop and maintain effective working relationships with new and existing partner practices delivering on the agreed business plan whilst ensuring adherence to the RightWill manual to achieve steady state, maximised growth profit per client.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Proactively drive, own and achieve outcomes on behalf of the Head of Partner Operations
  • Working with the rest of the business to deliver the core purpose and cultural values, driving the same thinking throughout the RLG network
  • Building effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive best practice and maximum ROI
  • Adhering to individual Partner business plans by conducting regular reviews on key measures to drive enhanced performance and maximising ROI
  • Drive the agreed business plan through internal and external stakeholders, maximising all opportunities, driving profit per client and agreeing timelines for delivery
  • Own the delivery of the managed Partner Practice targets
  • Provide Business Development support to our Partner Practices to ensure that Firms are empowered and all opportunities are maximised
  • Continued development through training and reinforcement on our core purpose and key processes to ensure that our Partners are following the rightwill model in the most effective and productive way
  • Carry out yearly observations on the managed Partner Firms to ensure that our standards are upheld and exceeded
  • Ensuring that Partner Firms are adhering to the rightwill manual and any breaches are reported to the HOD with mitigation agreed and completed
  • Regular review of Steady State criteria of each managed Partner and agreeing quarterly tasks and objectives to progress the business plan with the managed HOD’s
  • Continual analysis of key management information to drive optimum performance, a know your numbers culture and agreeing mitigation activity where needed leaning on internal stakeholders if needed
  • Building relationships with local Universities to help with recruitment needs for the individual Partner Practices. This will include booking in presentations within the University and maintaining an excellent relationship with an influential person i.e. Head of Careers/Head of Law
  • Where needed, assisting with the recruitment of new advisors within the network, creating best practice
  • Creating, implementing and managing internal workflows within our Partners to ensure that work is being crossed referred into the Wills Department, maximising opportunity within the Partner Practice
  • General operational support
